Shipping & Return Policy

SHIPPING: 

Once an order is placed, it cannot be changed, modified, or cancelled. 

After the order is placed, it will take between 1-3 business days to process the order and ship it to you using USPS unless you choose expedited shipping, then we will ship out the next day using UPS. Shipping times are NOT guaranteed. We are NOT liable if your order gets lost during transit, therefore, please contact USPS: 1-800-275-8777 or UPS: 1 (800) 742-5877 regarding any questions or concerns.

Shipping is a flat rate of $5 USPS standard or $12 UPS expedited, unless your order is over $75, then it will ship to you for free. 

 

RETURNS:

  • Returns will be issued store credit in the form of a digital Gift Card
  • We must receive your return within 15 days of your order date to be eligible for store credit.
  • Returns must be scent and stain free, unworn, unwashed, with all tags attached.
  • SALE items are FINAL and cannot be returned as well as the following items:
    • All masks
    • All jewelry
    • Bodysuits 
    • Swimsuits
  • If you return a non-refundable item, Store credit will NOT be issued. No exceptions.
  • Shipping charges are not refundable.
  • All defective merchandise must be reported to us at info@jposhapparel.com within 3 days of receiving it .
  • Washed merchandise will NOT be accepted for store credit.
  • Once your package has been scanned by USPS or UPS, we are NOT responsible for any lost or stolen packages.

Customers are responsible for return shipping cost.  No authorization is needed within the returnable guidelines. Please include your invoice with the returned items and send to address included on the original packaging.
